1. Service Provider
ScreenReach.me, a product of Blacknote Executives LLC701 Tillery Street3310 AustinTX 78702, United States
2. Corporate Form and Registration
Blacknote Executives LLC is a Limited Liability Company (LLC) formed under the laws of the U.S. State of Wyoming.
3. Contact
Email: contact@screenreach.me
5. Regulatory Classification
Payment processing and payouts to Display Owners are handled exclusively through the licensed payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments, Stripe Connect); Blacknote Executives LLC does not itself hold or custody customer funds.
6. Role as Platform Operator
Blacknote Executives LLC operates ScreenReach.me exclusively as a technical intermediary platform through which independent advertisers ('Advertisers') and independent operators of physical screens ('Display Owners') connect with one another and agree on services.
Blacknote Executives LLC is itself neither an Advertiser nor a Display Owner, is not the owner of the advertised products or services, of the advertising materials used, or of the displays or locations involved, and does not become a party to the service relationships that arise between Advertisers and Display Owners through the platform. Blacknote Executives LLC provides solely the technical infrastructure, the intermediation, payment processing (via the payment service provider Stripe), and the technical verification of ad playback.
Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the advertising materials they submit; Display Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of the location and business information they provide.
Limitations and exclusions of liability between Blacknote Executives LLC and platform users are conclusively governed by the Terms of Use and the General Terms and Conditions, to which every user expressly agrees upon registration.
Important note: A blanket, all-encompassing liability waiver ('any and all liability') is not fully enforceable under EU/UK consumer protection law, nor under most U.S. state laws — in particular not for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury. An effective liability clause, limited to what is legally permissible, must be drafted individually with counsel in the Terms of Use and the General Terms and Conditions — it cannot be created merely through a statement in the Legal Notice, since this document has no contractual binding effect on the user and constitutes only a provider identification notice.
7. Liability for Content
As a U.S.-based service provider, with respect to third-party user-generated content (including advertising materials uploaded by Advertisers), we rely on the liability privilege under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230). For users in the EU/UK, the applicable local liability rules for hosting providers may additionally apply (e.g., Article 6 of the Digital Services Act). We are not obligated to proactively monitor transmitted or stored third-party information. Upon becoming aware of a specific legal violation, we will remove the content in question or block access to it.
8. Liability for Links
Our offering contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no control. The respective provider is always responsible for the content of linked pages.
9. Copyright
Content created by the operators of this website is subject to U.S. copyright law as well as applicable international agreements. Third-party contributions (in particular advertising materials uploaded by Advertisers) are identified as such.
