2. What This Notice Covers

ScreenReach.me is a platform that connects advertisers ('Advertisers') with the operators of digital screens ('Display Owners'). Here we explain what data we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have — depending on whether you're just visiting the website or have an account as an Advertiser or Display Owner.

3. What Data We Collect

3.1 If You Just Visit the Website

• Technical data such as IP address and browser type — to operate the website and for security purposes.
• Usage data, but only if you consent (see Section 8, Cookies).
• Name, email, and message, if you use the contact form.

3.2 If You Have an Advertiser Account

• Email, password, company name, contact name, phone number.
• Your campaigns: uploaded advertising materials, selected locations, budget, time period.
• Payment data: payment is handled entirely through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not ourselves store full card details.

3.3 If You Have a Display Owner Account

• Email, password, business name, contact person.
• The location of your display (address, converted into coordinates for map display).
• Optional information such as a short description or typical peak hours.
• For payouts: your account with our payment provider, Stripe. We never see your bank details ourselves — Stripe manages them directly.
• Technical operating data for your display (e.g., whether it's online), so we can correctly confirm advertising impressions.

4. Why We Use This Data

• To manage your account and your bookings or payouts (performance of a contract).
• To prevent misuse and fraud, and to fix technical issues (legitimate interest).
• For analytics cookies — only if you consent via the cookie banner.
• Where required by law, e.g., to retain invoicing records.

5. Who We Share Data With

We work with the following service providers to help us run the platform:

• Supabase — database, login, file storage;
• Stripe — payments and payouts;
• PostHog — web analytics, only with your consent;
• Sentry — error monitoring;
• Resend — sending confirmation emails;
• Mapbox — location/map display;
• Cloudflare — spam/bot protection on forms;
• Netlify — website hosting.

6. Transfers Outside the EU

Some of the service providers listed above process data in the United States. In these cases, we ensure an adequate level of data protection, for example through EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

7. How Long We Keep Data

For as long as your account exists. Once you delete your account, we delete your data too — unless we're required to keep certain records (e.g., invoices) for longer under applicable law.

8. Cookies

• Strictly necessary cookies (e.g., to keep you logged in) — these don't require consent, since they're needed to operate the site.
• Analytics cookies (PostHog) — only set once you consent via the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• find out what data we hold about you (access);
• have incorrect data corrected (rectification);
• have your data deleted (erasure), unless a retention obligation applies;
• restrict processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
• withdraw consent you've given, at any time.

10. Security

We protect your data technically, including through encrypted transmission (HTTPS), restricted access rights, and two-factor authentication for our own team. Like any company, we cannot guarantee 100% protection.

11. Minors

ScreenReach.me is intended for businesses, not for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The current version can always be found on this page.
