Termos de Uso
Terms of use for the website, accounts, and access to the platform
Version: 08/24/2026
Este documento está disponível apenas em inglês. O texto em inglês é a versão juridicamente vinculativa e de referência.
1. Scope
These Terms of Use govern the use of the website, web applications, and account on the ScreenReach.me platform (the 'Platform') by registered users ('Advertiser' and 'Display Owner', together 'Users'). They supplement the General Terms and Conditions, which govern the commercial terms of the respective service relationship.
The Platform is operated by Blacknote Executives LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the U.S. State of Wyoming, with its registered address at 701 Tillery Street, Austin, TX 78702, United States ('we', 'us', 'ScreenReach').
2. Definitions
- Advertiser: a User who books and pays for advertising campaigns on displays through the Platform.
- Display Owner: a User who provides one or more physical screens ('Display(s)') through the Platform for the display of advertising.
- Display: a physical screen at a defined location, operated through the Platform's player application.
- Creative: the advertising asset provided by the Advertiser that is displayed on a Display.
- Venue: the physical location (e.g., business premises, vehicle) at which a Display is operated.
3. Registration and Account
Use of the Platform requires registration of an account. The User represents that the information provided at registration is true, complete, and current, and agrees to update it promptly upon any change.
Registration requires that the User be of legal age and, where applicable, authorized to act on behalf of their business. An account is assigned to a single natural or legal person and is non-transferable.
The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all actions taken through their account. ScreenReach must be notified without delay of any suspected unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
The User agrees not to use the Platform to:
- violate applicable law or the rights of third parties;
- circumvent, manipulate, or disable the Platform's technical protection and verification mechanisms;
- deploy automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our prior written consent;
- use or share pairing tokens, secure links, or third-party credentials without authorization;
- interfere with the Platform or its infrastructure.
5. Content Standards (Creatives and Location Information)
Advertisers are fully responsible for the content of their Creatives. The following categories of content are prohibited without exception; ScreenReach reserves the right to reject, remove, or interrupt the display of any such Creative without prior notice.
5.1 Protection of Minors — Zero Tolerance
Any content that sexualizes, endangers, exploits, or otherwise inappropriately depicts minors is strictly and unconditionally prohibited. A violation of this provision results in immediate, permanent account suspension and prompt referral to the competent law enforcement authorities, independent of any other procedures otherwise provided for in these Terms.
5.2 Sexually Explicit Content
Sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise content unsuitable for public display is prohibited.
5.3 Manipulated and Synthetic Media (Deepfakes)
Content containing AI-generated or otherwise manipulated images, voices, or video footage of real individuals is prohibited unless the depicted individual has given valid consent, or where such content is capable of deceiving viewers as to its authenticity or as to an endorsement by a real person that does not actually exist.
5.4 Unlawful, Misleading, and Deceptive Content
- unlawful content of any kind;
- content that infringes third-party rights (copyright, trademark, personality rights);
- discriminatory, violence-glorifying, or hateful content;
- advertising for illegal products or services;
- health- or finance-related claims not supported by credible evidence;
- misleading content suggesting an endorsement, recommendation, or business relationship with the respective Venue or with ScreenReach itself that does not actually exist.
5.5 Location and Contextual Appropriateness
Creatives must be contextually appropriate for the respective location and its typical audience. ScreenReach and the respective Display Owner may decline or restrict the display of a Creative where it is, in reasonable judgment, unsuitable for the specific type of venue — for example, content that is evidently inconsistent with the audience of a family-friendly location, a medical facility, or a comparably sensitive environment.
5.6 Conflicts of Interest with Display Owners and Third Parties
ScreenReach reserves the right to decline a Creative where its display at a particular Venue would create a direct conflict of interest with the Display Owner at that location — for example, advertising for a directly competing business displayed at the competitor's own venue, or content that would conflict with an existing exclusivity or sponsorship arrangement of the Display Owner with a third party. Advertisers and Display Owners are required to notify us of any such obvious conflicts known to them.
5.7 Display Owner Location Information
Display Owners are responsible for the accuracy of the location, category, and business information they provide. Any voluntarily provided supplementary information (e.g., a short description, typical peak hours) is designated as self-reported information without any warranty as to its accuracy, and does not constitute data measured or verified by ScreenReach.
5.8 Review and Enforcement
ScreenReach reserves the right to review Creatives before and after they are displayed, and to refuse approval or discontinue further display without stating a reason. A repeated or serious violation of this Section 5 may result in suspension or termination of the account (see Section 8).
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Platform itself (software, design, trademarks, logos, databases) remain with ScreenReach or the respective rights holders.
The Advertiser retains all rights in the Creatives it provides and grants ScreenReach and the respective Display Owners a non-exclusive, revocable license to display the Creative on the booked Displays, for the duration and purpose of the booked campaign.
7. Availability and Disclaimer
The Platform is provided on an 'as is' basis. ScreenReach does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. No representations regarding reach, visibility, or advertising effectiveness are made beyond the number of confirmed advertising impressions actually recorded. Further liability provisions are set out in Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
ScreenReach may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts for violations of these Terms of Use or the General Terms and Conditions. For violations of Section 5.1 (Protection of Minors), suspension is immediate and without prior notice.
Users may terminate their account at any time via their account settings or by contacting support; campaigns already booked and running, and existing payout claims, remain unaffected in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
9. Changes to These Terms
ScreenReach reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use with effect for the future. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms of Use are subject to the same governing law and venue as the General Terms and Conditions (see Section 13 thereof), in order to avoid inconsistencies between the two documents.
